How long should it take me to have arms as nice as yours? How many reps of 15 should I do? Is 3 sets of 15reps that is 45 individual bicep &amp; 45 tricep exercises enough? I would recommend that you try to increase the tension in your exercise band so you find it challenging to do 12 - 15 repetitions.  I would try to do 3 sets of 12 - 15 repititions to really build your strength.  Good luck!</description>
