This lady is the truth. I have seen so many FAKE advertisements for “madonna arms” BUT this lady sure got REAL Madonna arms. I have 26% body fat, 130lbs, 5″5″ tall. How long should it take me to have arms as nice as yours? How many reps of 15 should I do? Is 3 sets of 15reps that is 45 individual bicep & 45 tricep exercises enough? Thanx in advance!PS: Please post more videos & if u ever come out with a workout video I’d buy coz u really have those Madonna arms!

I’m not sure what the point of this exercise is if your goal is to have muscular arms. You might as well use free weights and do bicep curls etc.

Hi sexanddiamonds, thanks for your comments and sorry for my delayed response. I would recommend that you try to increase the tension in your exercise band so you find it challenging to do 12 – 15 repetitions. I would try to do 3 sets of 12 – 15 repititions to really build your strength. Good luck!

Isn’t that bounce on the squat more of a ballistic stretch? It seems so, and ballistic stretching isn’t really considered safe;(
The slow deep squat seems safer and more effective.

It doesn’t matter how you look, it matters how you feel and how your health is. If you think you look fine, but you’re uncomfortable or at risk for health issues, you need to work out. Good luck!
