l don’t need to …
l don’t need to lose weight but I love to work out and be healthy. I think society is so consumed (metaphorically speaking) with losing weight or eating, they forget the point of food: yes it’s to be enjoyed, but primarily, for survival. We put food up on this huge pedestal, but it’s obvious: eat nutritious food, get off your butt, learn to accept your natural body weight and you’ll be just fine.

What about bread and carbs? For breakfast I usually eat a bowl of cereal and for lunch i have a flatbread sandwich. How often should carbs be eaten, because you said to cut down the meats to about 2 time a week? This is a great video by the way!
