How can women get their abs to show?

What are some good plans and workout ideas? u know the usual, to get ready for summer beach days? lol thx so much.
You have to lose fat, for women that’s extra hard because your body is working around the clock to store as much fat as it can to help increase your fertility. So it’s an uphill battle. As for workout, here are a few.
Lie down, put your legs up- raise your butt from the ground slowly, lower it slowly. Stbilize with your arms.
Another good one is to lie down, bend your legs as much as you can, then touch the ground with only your toes. From this position raise your legs to your chest without using your hips. Remember not to touch the ground with your feet, just your toes.
But on a side note, I don’t find abs on a woman attractive at all.

I’m trying to do that too….I’m a gymnast….just do 100 crunches every day and u’ll be fine. I lost 4 inches of my waist in 2 months and now i’m a size 2 or S. i’m pushing for 0 or XS…
