Hey Ya’ll, I have been working on these hanging abs for about 4 days or so now. I have seen a BIG difference in my abs, I have gotten more definition and I really really feel my abs are stronger. Yes verry enspiring but try to get more preasure on your abs and relieve back presure, that way you can work your abs all day time like a thin everyday does so try to stand up corectly and that is all your abs where meat to get the stres of your back.
