How to get hardcore abs and legs? Female? 16 Years old?

I'm skinny but want to have awesome legs and abs.
Whats a good workout routine?
First, to get toned abs takes consistency. Which means you can't just do one intense workout and have a 6-pack, you have to do it daily and not eat bad foods. Same with the legs.
Abs- hold a 25 pound weight over your chest and do as many crunches as you can.
Legs- Run a mile (or whatever your comfortable with) and then do squats. Or if you don't have weights, do one legged squats. Then work you calves by going to a step in your house and putting your toes on the edge push yourself up with ONE LEG. I f this is too hard do both legs. Keep doing this until you feel a really good burn on the back of your legs.
This takes consistency. If you can, do it every day since it's summer. Or at least 3 or 4 times a week. Before school starts, you should be in great shape.+

Ride a bicycle everywhere. You will be amazed what your abs and legs look like in 2 weeks. Give it a try.

squatting sounds like an exercise for guys but it does wonders for girls it works the abdominals legs and gives you a bumpin a$s if you go deep enough
